Nicole is a registered nurse whose passion for skincare led her to specialize in aesthetic dermatology. Her journey began as a child, disciplined on the importance of using sunscreen due to a family history of melanoma. She then developed a deep curiosity for the skin’s physiology, even taking on the role as a skincare consultant for Sephora. In time, Nicole trained as a medical assistant for Skin & Beauty Center. Here, her exposure to skin conditions and its treatments induced her love for Mohs surgery, which she helped standardize the medical assistant protocol for with Skin & Beauty Center.

Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. Her growing passion for dermatology guided her to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. As a registered nurse, she has worked for a reputable aesthetic dermatology practice, specializing in hair/tattoo removal laser treatments, intense pulse light therapy (IPL), Botox, and fillers. Currently, Nicole is continuing her journey to become a nurse practitioner. Ultimately, she strives to specialize in dermatology while using a functional/integrative medicinal approach.
When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys hiking, cooking, yoga, and photography.
