Please submit your RSVP through this form and we will contact you with details, including a link to the store, before the week-long event beings on Monday, June 3rd.

 

Q. I’m unsure of what treatment I need, how do I know which services to buy?

If you’re a new patient or interested in trying a new service, you’re welcome to schedule a consultation with our Dermatology Providers tailored exactly to your needs. Additionally, consultations are free with a same day pre-purchase between 5/23 – 5/31 while spaces last. Schedule a consult by submitting this form and a member of our team will get back to you to book your appointment.

 

Q. I’m interested in repurchasing a past cosmetic service- but can’t recall what it was exactly?

We’re here to answer all your questions, including providing information on prior service details. Request a phone call by submitting this form and a member of our team will get back to you.

  • Promotional value expires 8/31/2024. No refunds, transfers, exchanges or exceptions.

  • All treatments must be performed before 8/31/2024 to redeem promotional value.
